Grinding
Capabilities:
We have many grinding capabilities: The outside diameter grinding machine allows grinding up to 30 inches in diameter and 30 feet in length. The inside diameter grinding machine allows grinding up to 24 inches in diameter and 60 inches in length. In addition, the centerless grinding machine can grind up to 8 inches in diameter and 50 feet in length.
Hard Chrome Plating Capabilities:
We have several Hard Chrome Plating tanks, varying in depth from 6 to 32 feet and 8 to 15 feet in length. These tanks are equipped with total of 9 independent DC Rectifiers that provides up to 100,000 DC amperes of power. The tanks are capable of plating parts up to 55 feet and weights up to 40,000 pounds.
Cadmium
Nickel and Zinc:
Standard cyanide cadmium and zinc plating process allows up
to 36 feet in length and weights up to 10,000 lb.
Passivation
Process:
Our facilities can handle passivation
process to federal specifications and most proprietary specifications.
Glass
Bead Peening:
We have machinery that can complete the
glass bead peening process per MIL-S-5002.
Stress
Relieve:
We have certified ovens with holding
capacities of 10 feet in length and can handle temperatures up to 850 degrees.
