Artificial lifts are mainstay in the US petroleum industry where a large percentage of wellsutilizes artificial stimulation for crude oil extraction. Due to non-stop use, they sustain heavy wear, needing periodic refurbishment. Because of sheer volume, a cost effective solution is a must. Since low cost Asian solutions have logistic challenges,BHC invested in the designof fixtures and equipmentto streamline the process and mitigate problem.  This commitment has resulted in contacts to provide ID etching and plating several pump barrels a week. In support of out of state  customers, BHC opened a facility in Alvarado, Texas, dedicated to pump barrel plating.
